How much air do you want in your anchor?

I like no air. This is the only anchor.

If you don't know the right knot, tie lots. The single carabiner was probably side loaded.

The siren song of the refrigerator.

Nobody can resist the refrigerator. From this picture, it looks like the bottom near the cliff broke, that's very new. It was overhanging the cliff by about a foot, it was formerly flush with the edge. They had lots of webbing but wrapped it around the tree, coming up too short to get the anchor over the climb. Note the climbing rope running over the rock edge.
