Unclear on the concept Part 2

Lots of rope but he came up short, again.

Lots of rope, yet they introduced an unnecessary carabiner and unstable clove hitch.

Son of the high redirect, the high direct. It is murder on the tree.

All the rope they needed, not a runner, 2 carabiners, and an unstable clove hitch. Learn to tie a bowline.

Unclear on the concept.

It is a tensionless anchor, and its working but virtually anyone would tie off the end.

Lots of extra rope, but came up short on getting over he edge.

It's an epidemic.

When you tell people you don't need a tie off knot on a figure eight guess what happens? They         don't tie off bowlines.

High redirect consequences.

Rigging a high redirect to make people comfortable rappelling, leads to top rope anchors stressing the trees.

Dead Tree, 8 mil, and loose rocks.

Not even a real thread, neither of those rocks equal the body weight of a climber.

The dead tree calls for the second day in a row. The leaves aren't off the trees.Don't people understand that masses of fungus means it's dead.

                                           Couldn't find a smaller rock?

Eight MM cord, unnecessary runner and carabiner going to a root. The tree needs that, give it           a break. The runner going to the red cord is barely hanging on.

No, not half way up the tree.

The mystery knot is a figure 8 with a carabiner stuck inside, presumably to make it easier to     untie.
He came up a few feet short despite...
Having 100 feet of rope. Bonus points for leaving hundreds of dollars in gear where no-one can watch it. Notethe two big shiny new cams cranking hard on a loose block.

Don't touch the refrigerator.

The refrigerator is crushing the ledge below it. The right edge broke off recently and you can       see the vertical cracks. The overhang is a foot more than previous years.

Which tree is better, dead or tiny?

The tiny tree is doing all the work. That's scary, but the dead tree might not be better.
Making an unnecessary carabiner mission critical instead of a knot is a bad choice.
