How is this a thing?

The amazing spider web. Two pieces of single strand webbing and a long static rope slinging three blocks.

Note how the rope and webbing are jammed into the crack by a piece of bark.

Five anchors in a single point of failure, that is cross loaded.

Seven MM as an anchor. Note the snappy overpriced plastic tube they bought.

Two quick draws used instead of carabiners. This adds 4 single failure points. The pricey carabiners in the draw will get dinged up, abrading the rope and failing to open just when you want. Note the bent gates, for easy opening. Is easy opening what you want in your top rope anchor?

Is this equalized? No, this is bastardized.
