I agree.. on a good note, look at that other anchor.. I think it due to the lack of good mentorship. We all mentored with someone, sometimes for years before venturing off on our own. Nowadays they take a 1 day class and they're ready to take a group of unexperienced friends climbing.. I understand.. Lets help them..
