The single strand webbing is a bad idea, but things get worse with the carabiners.

The yellow webbing was an afterthought, but it has created real problems. The upper carabiner is side loaded and could be nose clipped if it isn't REALLY locked. The only good news is that it isn't likely to have to hold weight.
