Unclear on the idea of "redundant

One carabiner and a 1/4" alpine runner.

    Lol, saw this there today. Was really confused on their though process.

    There is so much thought, but little wisdom. They weren't taught the fundamentals. A lot of people are paying to learn how to rig an anchor, so instruction is failing. They don't ask more experienced climbers, so the culture of safety has disappeared.
